As the year draws to a close, regulators have been busy publishing their last reports of the year. HMT published its AML/CFT supervision report for 2020-2022, the Joint Regulatory Oversight Committee issued an update on the future of Open Banking, and the Bank of England published its 2022 annual report on its supervision of FMIs. In addition, the FCA updated its information for firms webpage on the consumer duty. Meanwhile in Europe, ESMA published numerous updated Q&As, including on the DLT Pilot Regime Regulation, the PRIIPs KID, and the application of the AIFMD. The Council of the EU also published the texts on the proposed amendments to MiFIR and MiFID II.
