Dubai, June 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eldorado Drilling Limited (“Eldorado”) and Vantage Drilling International Ltd. (“Vantage”) today announced the completion of Eldorado’s acquisition of Vantage by merger, pursuant to which an indirect subsidiary of Eldorado merged with and into Vantage, with Vantage surviving as an indirect subsidiary of Eldorado as of 3.00 p.m. Bermuda time on June 26, 2026 (the “Closing”).
