(“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) is pleased to confirm the transaction initially announced on May 14, 2026 to acquire the remaining c. 71% ownership interest in Zinnwald Lithium Plc. has been successfully completed as of July 27, 2026 in accordance with the announced terms. The Zinnwald Lithium shares are expected to be converted into AMG shares and credited to Zinnwald shareholders between July 29, 2026, and August 10, 2026.
