AlphaTime Acquisition announced that, starting Jan. 19, its shares, warrants and rights may be traded separately on the nasdaq. Any units not separatred will continue to trade under the symbol ATMCU. Shares, warrants and rights are expected to list under the symbols ATMC, ATMCW and ATMCR, respectively.

AlphaTime raised $69 million in an ipo earlier this month. The SPAC is broadly focused on companies in asia, and the management team has an extensive network in China, according to the initial s-1 filing for the offering. Read more.
