Boeing has reached an agreement to integrate its autonomous flight and aerial vehicle division into Archer Aviation, a competing firm based in California. Under the terms of the transaction, the aerospace manufacturer is transferring Wisk Aero, along with SkyGrid and Insitu, to Archer Aviation. In exchange for these business units, Boeing will receive equity shares in the startup.
