(“Boralex” or the “Corporation“) (TSX: BLX), Brookfield and La Caisse (formerly CDPQ) announced today the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Boralex by Brookfield, together with its institutional partners including Brookfield Renewable Partners, and La Caisse (the “Purchaser“), by way of a plan of arrangement under the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Arrangement“).
