(“Silver47”) (TSXV: AGA | OTCQX: AAGAF | Frankfurt: QP2) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement dated August 20, 2026 (the “Arrangement Agreement”) pursuant to which Bunker Hill has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Silver47 by way of a plan of arrangement (the “Transaction”).
