byNordic Acquisition deposited $105,000 into trust to extend the SPAC's completion deadline until July 12. This is the fifth of up to six one-month extensions available.

Shareholders approved the extension period last August, although redemptions erased 84% of the trust.

The SPAC originally raised $172.5 million in a February 2022 ipo to focus on high technology growth companies in northern europe. It has yet to announce a deal. Read more.
