byNordic Acquisition deposited $105,000 into trust to extend its deadline to April 12. The SPAC can continue moving the goal posts in monthly increments up to Aug. 12.

Shareholders approved the extension period last August, although redemptions wiped out 84% of the trust.

The SPAC originally raised $172.5 million in a February 2022 ipo to focus on high technology growth companies in the northern part of europe. Read more.
