Cartica Acquisition announced that its shareholder meeting to consider a deadline extension is rescheduled from 1 p.m. Eastern on June 23 to 1 p.m. Eastern on June 30.

Shareholders will be asked to vote on moving the SPAC's termination date from July 7 to April 7, 2024.
