Double Boost For Office Market As BNY Mellon Confirms Deal And Apple Scouts Space

New York-headquartered financial services giant BNY is to relocate to Marlet Property Group's Shipping Office on Sir John Rogerson's Quay in Dublin's south docklands, according to the Irish Independent.
The firm has agreed to take four floors of the eight-storey office, and reports have emerged that is also seeking up to 400K SF of office in the city.
BNY already operates from two offices on either side of the Liffey, as well as in Cork and Wexford. With the move, it is expected to consolidate its Dublin operations into the Shipping Office, with space for up to 800 people, in mid-2025.
