Global System Dynamics today announced that the stockholders meeting scheduled for July 31 to consider a deadline extension has been postponed to Aug. 7 at 10 a.m. Eastern. If approved, the measure would extend the SPAc's deal deadline up to Feb. 9, 2024 in monthly increments. The proposal does not include furth contributions to the SPAC's trust.
