Horizon space Acquisition I in a proxy filing asks shareholders for a deadline extension from September to March 27, 2024.

If the proposal wins approval, the sponsor would deposit into trust $690,000 for each three-month extension.

The SPAC raised $60 million in a December 2022 IPO. Horizon Space I is focused on emerging growth companies. Horizon has said it will consider potential target companies worldwide, including China, though it has yet to annonce a target.
