Kairous Acquisition announced that it extended its deadline to April 16 with the deposit of $50,000 into trust. The company issued a promissory note to its sponsor. The note will be converted into ordinary shares at a price of $10.10 per share at the closing of a business combination.

Kairous in October announced a merger agreement with NR Instant Produce at an initial consideration of $300 million. The target is a Southeast Asian food manufacturer and distributor based in Thailand. Read more.
