Orion Biotech Opportunities, a $200 million SPAC created by computer billionaire Michael Dell, said it will shut down and redeem stock effective May 17, the two-year anniversary of its IPO. The SPAC was unable to secure a suitable deal, according to a press release.
With a current trust balance of just under $206 million, the per-share redemption price will be approximately $10.27. Read more.
