Following a challenge brought by Professional Disposables International, Inc. (PDI), BBB National Programs’ National Advertising Division recommended that AceJan Capital LLC discontinue certain express and implied claims regarding the efficacy of its hypochlorous acid (HOCl) on-site generator and modify its advertising to avoid conveying unsupported efficacy messages.
