New Era Helium and Roth CH Acquisition V Files Investor Presentation on Proposed Merger

Roth CH Acquisition V and New Era Helium announced today that the SPAC has filed an investor presentation with the SEC, outling the parties’ proposed business combination.

The deal was announced earlier this month at a pre-money valuation of $90 million. The target is an exploration and production company that sources helium produced in association with the production of natural gas reserves in North America.

If the deal is approved, upon closing New Era Helium is expected to list on the Nasdaq. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024.

Roth Capital Partners and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are placement agents for a PIPE transaction that is anticipated to close in connection with the merger. Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel is legal advisor to NEH and Loeb & Loeb is legal advisor to Roth CH V. Read more.
