Oyster Enterprises Acquisition in a press release late yesterday said shareholders voted to allow the SPAC to redeem all shares and shutter operations.
The company expects a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.07.
Oyster raised $200 million in a January 2021 ipo. The SPAC's target sectors included media, technology, consumer products, industrials, real estate, real estate services, financial services, hospitality and entertainment. Read more.
