PepperLime Health Acquisition, which last week announced plans to redeem shares and dissolve, now says it's exploring other possible options. The SPAC said expects to release an update in the next few days.

PepperLime missed its completion deadline in January and had said that Feb. 7 would be the last day its shares would trade on the nasdaq.

The SPAC raised $150 million in an October 2021 IPO with plans to target companies at the intersection of technology and consumer health and wellness. Read more.
