(OTCQX: QEPC) (the “Company” or “QEP”) today announced that, on September 1, 2026, it completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Spray-Lock, Inc. (“Spray-Lock”), a developer, manufacturer and distributor of premium aerosol spray adhesives for flooring and wall applications. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
