Satellite-maker Aerospacelab has planted a flag in the South Bay, signing a nearly 35K SF lease in Torrance for space that will serve as both a manufacturing facility and the company’s U.S. headquarters.
The new HQ is at 20000 S. Vermont Ave. in Torrance. The building, owned by an LLC called Park and Lauren, also includes just over 6,500 SF of office space, according to a release from JLL.
