Fast-fashion retailer Shein has taken a 1M SF industrial space off the sublease market in the Inland Empire’s Cherry Valley, Bisnow has learned.
A source with knowledge of the property confirmed that the space was off the market but declined to offer additional details.
The 1M SF distribution center was one of two adjacent warehouses that Singapore-based Shein preleased in the 1-10 Logistics Center in Cherry Valley in 2022 before the facilities were complete. Together, the properties span 1.8M SF. Shein has been operating out of the 800K SF warehouse.
