Roman DBDR Tech Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank-check company who filed for a $275 million SPAC initial public offering. The Burlingame, CA based company is offering 27,500,000 units at $10. Each unit has an offering price of $10.00 and consists of one share of our Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
