Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Council – Final Rule: FAR, Trade Agreements Thresholds: On February 23, the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration published a Final Rule amending the FAR to incorporate revised thresholds for application of the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and the Free Trade Agreements, as determined by the United States Trade Representative. The Interim Rule is available here and is effective as of February 23, 2024.
