Thanks to sweeping market reforms, return of international investors and support of the Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission for Chinese companies to pursue listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), there were 119 initial public offerings (IPOs) raising more than HK$285.8 billion (or US$36.7 billion) in Hong Kong in 2025.
