WinVest Acquisition Extends Termination Date by Another Month for $55K

WinVest Acquisition said its board approved a deadline extension from March 17 to April 17.

The SPAC said $55,000 would be deposited into the trust account. This marks the fourth drawdown upon an unsecured non-interest-bearing promissory note of $330,000 issued by the SPAC to its sponsor in December.

WinVest originally raised $115 million in a September 2021 with plans to businesses in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on financial media, brokerage, , investing, and wealth management. Read more.
