Latham & Watkins Advises Lux Health Tech Acquisition Corp. in $300 Million IPO

A multidisciplinary team advised the special purpose acquisition company in the transaction.

Lux Health Tech Acquisition Corp, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at a price of US$10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Stock Market, LLC (Nasdaq) and will trade under the ticker symbol “LUXAU”. Each unit issued in the offering consists of share of Lux Health Tech Class A common stock and one-third of one warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at an exercise price of US$11.50 per share. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class A common stock and are expected to be listed on under the symbols “LUXA” and “LUXAW,” respectively. No fractional will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
