Liberty Resources Acquisition in an 8-K said shareholders approved extending the SPAC's completion deadline to November.

Redemptions of 3,037,062 shares removed about $34 million from the trust, representing approximately $11.20 per share. The company's trust now holds a little over $8.6 million.
