Healthcare Merger Corp. (NASDAQ:HCCO) announced that their shareholders have voted and approved its business combination with SOC Telemed today. At a special meeting earlier today shareholders approved the transaction alongside a series of other corporate governance proposals. SOC Telemed provides telemedicine solutions used primarily in hospitals.
